I have come to find in life that I have a rather strange fear of listening to voicemail messages. This goes for anyone who may call me whether it be a friend or a random number. It stresses me out to know I have a message and I just keep procrastinating listening to it because I’m just too nervous. Then there is that stupid little red circle with a number in it just staring at me whenever I look at my phone.

People should never leave messages because you can see who called and I can just call you back instead of having to stress out for a few days until I break down and listen to your message.

The worst part is that I also have a fear of answering the phone for numbers that I do not know. This leads to more voicemails that I am too nervous to listen to…the whole thing is quite silly.
